Company Change Applications

From today, the system displays all statements according to P-forms submitted by the company to the Federal Tax Service. You can find them in "State Registration" → "Applications for changes" .

Applications are divided into pending and completed with the decision available in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities:

The application types are as follows:

• Legal entity establishment (Р11001)
• Re-registration, reorganization (Р12001, Р12002, Р12003, Р120016)
• Change of constituent documents (Р13001, Р13002, Р130014)
• Changes not related to constituent documents (Р14001)
• Changes in the authorized capital (Р14002)
• Liquidation or termination of activities for other reasons (Р15001, Р15002, Р15003, Р16001, Р16002, Р16003)
• Changes to the sole proprietor's information (Р24001 и Р24002)
• Termination of sole proprietor's activity (Р26001, Р26002, Р2600)
• Other changes in sole proprietor's information (Р2100, Р27001, Р27002, Р27001)

When checking a company you should pay attention to statements aimed at changing the authorized capital or liquidation/termination of activities. The company may have previously attempted to terminate activity or submitted an application at the time of your verification.

P-Form Applications in "Events"

In the "Events" section you can now also see applications of companies and sole proprietors marked as "Registration Information" . This will help you keep track of the company's planned changes:
