What has changed in Express Check?

We have updated the unloading for quick verification of the counterparty, namely:

• 40 new risk factors to be checked were added. For example, whether the company is subject to complaints to the Federal Antimonopoly Service or whether it is listed in the register of companies with identified signs of illegal activities in the financial market.
• We added a semantic breakdown of the conclusions to be checked. For example, checking for signs of a fly-by-night company.
• We added detailed numbering to make it easier to refer to the necessary items.
• We added statistics on the total number of positive and negative aspects, so that you can immediately see how many strengths and weaknesses we found.

Now it is even easier to quickly check the counterparty for critical factors.

Who are foreign agents?

The status of a foreign agent is given to organizations that receive foreign support, such as funding. Most often this status is granted to non-profit organizations or broadcasting organizations. A note about recognition of a company as a foreign agent can be found in the "Additional" block on the summary page.
