Extract certified by digital signature

We have enhanced the State Registration section by adding the option of getting a company extract certified by digital signature as opposed to a simple extract from EGRUL. Such extract is a legal document that can be used when filing applications to legal authorities:

Companies that can't participate in procurements

If a company was held liable for receiving illegal remuneration, a special mark will be displayed in the company's profile. A company will not be able to participate in procurements unless such violation occurred over two years ago. Information about such violation will be displayed even if it occurred over two years ago:

False information

Seldon.Basis used to provide information about unreliable addresses. The updated version will let you know if unreliable information is present in the Administrative Authorities or Co-owners sections. It'll mean that according to the documents a certain person is an executive or co-owner, but the Federal Tax Service inspection determined that this information is false:
