Updated Menu

Page space effectiveness has always been one of our primary objectives. Thus, a significant part of the page was previously dedicated to the relevant company details. The menu appeared to be non-informative since users could not see what sections were available under the tabs:

In this release we have come up with a simple solution: press the menu button on the left and see the entire profile structure:

Form of Ownership

We have updated the company filter on the main page by adding the OKFS filtering option, i.e. using one of three forms of ownership from the All-Russia Classifier of Forms of Ownership – Russian ownership (20 types of ownership), foreign ownership (5 types of ownership) or joint ownership (5 types of ownership). Several entries can be selected in a single search:

By specifying a company’s region, its type of activity, size, etc. the search results can be narrowed down to the most relevant companies.

Pledges

Pledges data can now be exported. Click Export button on the company profile page and choose regular or detailed report. Pledge data export is also available in the Pledges section. User’s filters settings will remain applied in the export:

Bank Guarantees

The section contains three types of security data: tender security, contract performance security and major repairs contract performance security.Separate subsections have been created for all the three types:

Authorized Capital

Previously, Seldon.Basis showed the size of authorized capital for joint-stock companies according to EGRPO, the size of authorized capital for other types of companies was gathered from EGRUL. Now figures from both sources are available:
