New Contact Details

New contact information of businesses and proprietors has been collected from the Customer and Supplier Register and added in Seldon.Basis. These contact details are displayed in a separate section called Registers:

New Information on CIS Businesses and Proprietors

Belarus

Company status according to the Unified State Register has been introduced for Belarusian companies. Previously, the sources of the Belarusian Ministry of Taxes and Levies were used. The registration date and registration authority are now displayed in Seldon.Basis:

We have introduced information on company's Social Security Fund contribution debts. The summary on the company's main page will indicate any shortcomings of a company or proprietor:

A corresponding note is displayed in case alienation of authorized capital share is prohibited for a legal entity:

We have also added information on liquidation taken from the Unified State Register. Just like the company status, this information was previously based solely on the Ministry of Taxes and Levies data:
