Branches and representative offices of foreign legal entities

Two weeks ago we added accredited branches and representative offices of foreign legal entities in Seldon.Basis. Summary information and state registration details of these entities were available.

We have expanded the profiles of these organizations by adding new information in the following sections:

• Arbitration
• Inspections
• Pledges
• Leasing
• SRO Membership
• Tenders
• Bank Guarantees
• Tourist Facilities
• Certificates & Declarations

Before now, you could only look for counterparties among the branches/representative offices of foreign companies. Now you can also check them by using an array of parameters and assess their reliability.

Export in Excel

Just like with Russian organizations, information from the sections of an accredited branch of a representative office of a foreign legal entity can be downloaded as an MS Excel file. This will allow you to work with the company data in a suitable manner: study the document without an Internet connection, in printed form, compile a report based on the profile, etc.

To download the profile, click "Download" in the header of the branch/representative office profile, then select "Details" in the "Detailed report", expand the list of sections by clicking on "Up-to-date Information" and check the sections you need:
