Leasing is a form of lending to organizations needed to lease goods with an option to later buy them out. Now you can find companies with leasing contracts by using the search filters in Seldon.Basis.
To do this, expand the sidebar filters, go to the "Leasing" category and set the parameters you want:
The new liens filter is similar to the leasing filter in its operating principle. The filter parameters are also identical to leasing, as these forms of lending are similar.
If it is necessary to get a loan, the organization can pledge its property. The pledge indicates that the company has this or that property and that it needs to get money, for example, for development.
