Search filter by leasing
Leasing is a form of lending to organizations needed to lease goods with an option to later buy them out. Now you can find companies with leasing contracts by using the search filters in Seldon.Basis.
To do this, expand the sidebar filters, go to the "Leasing" category and set the parameters you want:
- Company Role (the lessor leases his property, and the lessee, accordingly, receives it)
- Property Category (in this directory you can choose what kind of property was received or provided in the leasing agreement)
- Year of Contract (for example, to find more relevant contracts)
- Contract Status (current, discontinued, or indefinite)
Filter by liens
The new liens filter is similar to the leasing filter in its operating principle. The filter parameters are also identical to leasing, as these forms of lending are similar.
If it is necessary to get a loan, the organization can pledge its property. The pledge indicates that the company has this or that property and that it needs to get money, for example, for development.
Accredited branches and representative offices
We have added a block with statistics on government contracts to the AFP summary page:
Also in the system appeared information on enforcement proceedings of accredited branches and representative offices, as well as their belonging to the register of unreliable suppliers.
If you work with accredited branches and representative offices, it is now very easy to check in "Basis" information about the inclusion of a particular counterparty in the Blacklisted Suppliers and its debts.Always improving!
