Why could you need an EGRUL extract?

An official extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs from the Federal Tax Service is needed to obtain data on a legal entity directly from the tax authorities. An excerpt with an electronic signature is a full-fledged legal document. Use it to submit documents to any authorities, for example, when filing an application to court against a company. A notary can also request an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities to draw up an agreement on the sale and purchase of shares in a company.

Moreover, there are situations in which the tax authorities enter information about company changes without notifying the owners or managers of the company. For example, inaccurate information about the address of the company, inaccurate information about the head or owner of the company or the authorized capital. If the company does not respond within a month to the tax authorities, the tax authorities will start the liquidation procedure due to the company's inactivity.

What information is contained in the statement?

The following data can be obtained from the document:

• Full and abbreviated name and legal form
• Address
• Registration information
• Information about founders and participants
• Information about share capital
• Method of termination
• Information about legal entity's process of liquidation or the initiation of legal entity's bankruptcy proceedings
• Size of authorized capital or share capital, statutory fund, unit contributions or other capital
• Full name, position and passport details of the persons entitled to act on behalf of the legal entity without a power of attorney
• Information about licenses
• Information about branches and representative offices
• TIN, KPP and the date of registration with the tax authority
• OKVED codes

How do I get an extract?

The extract is available in the "State Registration" section of the "Company" tab. Before using an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, it is important to determine what kind of extract is needed: informational or legally significant.

If you need an informational statement to get the details and other registration data, use the capabilities of the "Regular company profile" block. If you need a legally significant statement with an EDS, use the "Certified company profile" block. You can download the documents in Word and PDF formats (with digital signature). There is no limit to the number of extracts you can request.
