Updates review on March 26, 2015The latest version of Seldon.Basis offers information about mutual funds, as well as municipal entities and subjects of the Russian Federation that act as co-owners.

Now, the service offers the information about company’s involvement in mutual funds.
How Does it Work?
You have to open the company’s profile and go to the «Company» section → «EGRUL». Information about mutual funds is located in the section about co-owners:

You can find out whether a municipal entity, subject of the Russian Federation or the Russian Federation itself act as a co-owner:
Disqualified Entities
Information about disqualified entities that are present in the Disqualified Entities Register was added to the Preview Pane.
Checking whether company’s employees are allowed to hold their current positions has become even easier. Now, you don’t even have to open the company’s profile:
