Information About Entities with Tax and Tax Reports Liabilities
Updates review on August 20, 2015In case a legal entity has tax liabilities or has not presented tax reports for over 1 year, Seldon.Basis will let you know about it.
Tax Reports
In case tax reports have not been presented for over 1 year, you will see an appropriate mark on the company’s profile page (the Balance section).
Hovering over the mark will show a tooltip with indication of the date on which the company failed to present the reports:
Payment of Taxes
The company’s inclusion in the register of entities that have a tax debt claimed by court bailiffs is indicated by an appropriate mark in the «Net income» section:
The tooltip will also show the date on which the debt was calculated:
