Certificate of Conformity is a technical regulation document issued by an authorized certification agency based on the results of laboratory tests. The certificate signifies that a product meets the quality standards according to technical regulations or GOST standards.
Declaration of Conformity is a technical regulation document that confirms a product or equipment meets the safety standards stipulated in technical guidelines or regulatory documents.
