Arbitrage in the company card

Arbitration is presented in the company card in the "Legal Environment" tab. Here you can find specific cases with documents, decisions and other information, as well as general statistics on arbitration cases for the company.

Analyze arbitration cases to assess the reputation of a partner or competitor.

Thus, a negative factor for the company is the presence of cases as a defendant. If the largest number of cases is for breach of supply contracts, then there is a probability of non-performance or breach of obligations with the following partners as well. An active arbitration activity as a plaintiff will be a positive factor. The company itself monitors the performance of its partners' obligations and is more likely to be a reliable counterparty. In Basis, this is compiled as summary data and presented on a time chart, including the total number of cases with claim amounts, the role of the counterparty, and arbitration activity by year.

For each company conclusions are presented, allowing a first approximation to assess the prospects for cooperation.

If necessary, you can dive into the details of a specific case: search within the section to find the right one according to the given parameters.

Find cases by case number, period of registration, amount of claims, types of disputes, outcome of the case. By parties to the case, you can see the counterparties with whom contracts were concluded. This knowledge can help you get recommendations about a new partner before you even enter into a contract.

Read the court decision and detailed documents (the service contains scans of all related documents). If necessary, the documents can be saved on your PC and shared with colleagues.

Find out how reliable the firm you are interested in, analyzing what arbitration disputes it has participated in, what decision the court made.

Arbitrage in search filters

In the search filters, you can immediately exclude those counterparties who have open cases as a defendant. Or, on the contrary, if you are interested in such counterparties, for example, to provide legal services, you can specify the existence of cases, as well as their specific characteristics.
